You can permanently delete your InnerArc account and everything in it at any time.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”.
What we delete
Your account and profile, every recording (audio and video), transcripts, summaries, titles, themes, mood check-ins, weekly summaries and your Storyline, from our database and storage. If you have Premium, we cancel your subscription so you aren’t charged again.
What we keep
Billing records that we and Stripe are legally required to keep (normally six years, for tax), and backups, which expire within 30 days.
How long it takes
Within 30 days, usually much sooner. We’ll email you when it’s done.
Delete some of your data, and keep your account
Want specific entries or recordings removed, but not your whole account? Email [email protected] from the email address you sign in with, and tell us which entries (the date and title is enough), or ask us to remove all your entries. We’ll permanently delete them, with their recordings, transcripts and summaries, within 30 days, and email you when it’s done.
Deleting the app from your phone doesn’t delete your account.
